“May you believe that through life’s mountains and miles together, there will be no storm that you cannot weather…May you capture on Earth what’s in Heaven above, may your hearts know the rapture of an uncommon love.” 😍
Jessie and Matt’s wedding video at Yonah Mountain Vineyards in North Georgia was one of our favorites of 2018! Matt’s father, Mr. Cathey, actually officiated their ceremony and this definitely made their wedding day that much more special. He eloquently speaks the poem above!
They also wrote the sweetest love notes to each other, which makes their film extra heartfelt and really added to the story of their wedding day and reflects their deep connection. We LOVE when couples take a few moments to collect themselves on a wedding and reflect on their journey up to this point with sweet love letters.
And the toasts that came later by Jessie’s father, who reminisced about her Mmmbop/Hanson obsession, Matt’s hilarious and caring younger brother, and Jessie’s loyal maid of honor, were all so meaningful and fun too. Both families were super happy to be celebrating Jessie and Matt on this fine fall day, so much so that Matt’s sister showed off her amazing flipping skills with her significant other out on the dance floor later that night!
Congrats, Jessie and Matt, your wedding day was wonderful 🙂
