When we asked Gia what was the most important thing she anticipated about her wedding, she said it was her and Brian’s God-given romantic love story. After a curious way of meeting via an ad in the Notre Dame newspaper, Gia and Brian finally made their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend official at The Grotto, a very special and spiritual candle-lit place on campus. Fast forward to November 10th, 2018, and Brian can’t keep the tears away seeing his lovely bride walk down the aisle toward him and everyone in the room felt the magic too.
Gia and Brian’s wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their love. Their officiant Jonathan Goode delivered a touching ceremony at Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church emphasizing God’s example of true love. After their ceremony, guests enjoyed a sophisticated reception at The Country Club of the South. Surrounded by stunning white flowers (by Righteous Oaks Floral), the new marriage was joyfully celebrated. What a beautiful way to begin this new stage of life!
One of our favorite parts of Gia and Brian’s wedding was best man Adam’s toast. Adam and Brian have been friends since elementary school and, as Adam says, once you’ve been friends that long, you know the guy pretty well. Something Adam knows for sure is that his best friend was meant to be with Gia. Adam spoke on his first time meeting Gia and how sweet she is no matter how long you’ve known her. We have to agree–Gia embraced us with kindness as soon as we met her too!
Gia and Brian, thanks again for having us document your elegant Fall wedding! We hope you enjoy your Wedding Cinema Collection for years to come!
